Crochet items are handmade, while the rest of the items are hand labeled and hand packaged to be delivered to your door. 

Therefore our PROCESSING TIME IS 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Please allow 2-4 weeks for custom crochet orders to be handmade!

You will receive a shipping notification once your order ships, PLEASE BE SURE TO PROVIDE US WITH YOUR CORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS, after that you can expect to receive your order in 2-3 postal operating days.
